Blue uses a limited set of vetted service providers to support secure, reliable operation of the platform.
Primary Infrastructure
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Role: Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Location: United States (U.S.-based data centers)
- Services: Compute, database (RDS), storage (S3), logging and monitoring (CloudWatch)
AWS provides the core infrastructure for data storage, processing, and security controls, including encryption at rest and in transit.
Communications & Notifications
Google (Email Delivery)
- Role: Transactional email delivery (e.g., account-related communications)
- Data Use: Limited to sending system-generated emails such as account access, notifications, and updates
Firebase (Google Cloud Platform)
- Role: Application notifications and messaging support
- Data Use: Supports delivery of in-app or push notifications and is not used for advertising or cross-platform tracking
Additional Providers
Blue is intentionally designed to minimize reliance on third-party subprocessors.

Our Approach
- No advertising networks
- No third-party data brokers
- No cross-platform tracking providers
All subprocessors are used solely to support the operation of the Blue platform.
